Individual Training


We're thrilled to offer a variety of training opportunities for athletes of all ages and skill levels this summer starting on June 12.


Please reach out if you are looking for additional training opportunities prior to June 12 as we may be able to accomodate these requests based on coach availability.


Individual training for field players and goalies will be offered every weekday M-F. Regular sessions will be open during the following times:

  • 8:30am - 9:30am | open to field players

  • 9:30am - 10:30am | open to field players & goalies

  • 10:30am - 11:30am | open to field players & goalies

  • 11:30am - 12:30pm | open to field players & goalies

These sessions are currently open for one athlete per session. However, if you would like to train with 1-2 other athletes during this session, please reach out to let us know (email - or text - 804-514-0370). We are more than happy to open your session up to more athletes! Individual sessions will be held at Trinity Episcopal School on the turf field. Learn more about individual training here.


Training for college athletes will be offered every weekday M-F at the following time:

  • 7:00am - 8:00am

Prior to stick and ball training, athletes may gather at 6:30am to complete a summer running packet workout together. Whether you're completing your run independently at that time or joining the group to select and complete a workout from a group member's packet, we hope you can use that time to support and prepare each other for the fall season!


This summer we will be offering 3 different skills-focused clinics.

  • June 14, 6:00pm - 7:30pm | Stick Skills & Speed Clinic

  • July 28, 6:00pm - 7:30pm | Shoot to Score Clinic

  • July 26, 6:00pm - 7:30pm | Vision & Decisions Clinic

Clinics are open to all U14, U16, and U19 athletes. These sessions will be held at J.R. Tucker on the turf field. Learn more about clinics here.


Throughout the summer we will host group training sessions for U12 athletes. These sessions are open to U12 athletes of all skill levels and will be held on the following dates/times:

  • June 15, 4:30pm - 6:00pm

  • June 22, 4:30pm - 6:00pm

  • July 13, 4:30pm - 6:00pm

  • July 20, 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Purchase sessions individually or take advantage of our pricing plan to earn a discounted rate when you book all 4 sessions. 


We are very excited to be hosting our first-ever Relentless summer camp this year on June 28 & June 29!

These two days of hockey fun will be full of skill development and tactical game play. Athletes will have the opportunity to work with a variety of coaches in different drills and game play situations.

This day camp is open to athletes of all skill and age levels. Camp will be held on Wednesday, June 28 and Thursday, June 29 from 5:30pm - 8:30pm.

Price of admission includes a Relentless T-Shirt.
